The hotel had free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. Its location was convenient since it was near restaurants and shops. Best of all, the hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport which was very helpful.

The room was quite small and there was only one small window which made the room quite dark. the bathroom was not well cleaned and there were dirty towels left behind.

beautiful tourist attractions like grotte of massabielle were really close to the accommodation. a private kitchen was a big plus. there was free parking. nothing beats being in america hotel lourdes.

Additionally, it is a short drive to attractions like Telepherique du Beout, which is only 1 mile away. the hotel's proximity to the airport, just 9 miles, makes it easily accessible.

This hotel is situated in a great location that is accessible to the main religious sites and public areas. Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain views from some of the rooms. the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with some equipped with a kitchen and balcony. the staff is welcoming and provides excellent service. the breakfast is delicious and provides a wide range of selections.

The noise level outside the hotel can be quite high at night and may disturb light sleepers.

Great value, central location and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are included in the room price and the food is filling and tasty. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions, shops and restaurants. the room is comfortable and clean with a good view of the surrounding area. the free WiFi is fast and reliable.

The bathroom is a bit small and dated. the showerhead is fixed in place which can be inconvenient for taller guests.

The friendly staff, convenient location, helpful reception, and great souvenir shop made our stay enjoyable at Hotel America in Lourdes. The old man was especially nice and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a reserved table for our family.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, as I was able to easily walk to the nearby Sanctuary. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciated their assistance with transportation and parking. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, including the breakfast area which offered a delicious selection.
